Accruon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT solutions company based in Kochi, specializing in ERP solutions, business process automation, and customized software development. We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented candidates to join our team as ERPNext Implementation Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze clients' business processes and requirements.
- Assist in ERPNext implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with clients to gather functional requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions.
- Support ERP customization and implementation based on business needs.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and implementation reports.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Work closely with the technical team during development and implementation.
- Generate MIS reports and ensure accurate financial data mapping within the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Understanding of accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting applications.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation concepts and business process mapping.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to learn ERPNext and emerging business technologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- M.com/B.com
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP/accounting software) is mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong accounting background and a willingness to build a career in ERP implementation are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in ERP implementation, accounting, finance, or business process analysis are also welcome to apply.
