Job Title: Industrial Automation Trainer
Location: Cochin , Kerala
Department: Technical Training ( Teaching)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Industrial Automation Trainer to provide training in industrial automation technologies and guide students/professionals through practical and theoretical learning sessions. The candidate should have strong knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, sensors, and industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on Industrial Automation concepts and applications
- Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Control Systems
- Conduct practical lab sessions and hands-on training programs
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and technical assignments
- Assist students with project development and technical doubts
- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper usage of automation tools
- Stay updated with the latest industrial automation technologies and trends
- Support placement and technical assessment activities when required
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Industrial Panels
- Good understanding of electrical and automation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle practical and classroom training sessions
- Problem-solving and technical mentoring abilities
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics, or related field
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- Siemens PLC
- Allen Bradley PLC
- Mitsubishi PLC
- SCADA Software
- Industrial Networking
- Control Panel Wiring
- Automation Project Handling
