Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Oversee VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and stock exchange cybersecurity, VAPT and other requirements.
- Provide guidance on ISO 27001 standards and certification processes.
- Conduct regular SOC (Security Operations Center) assessments.
- Create and enforce processes to secure all internal systems and data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address security concerns and incidents.
Must-Haves:
- In-depth understanding of the stock market industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI and stock exchanges' cybersecurity and VAPT guidelines.
- ISO 27001 certification knowledge.
- Experience in VAPT and SOC.
- Proven ability to create and implement security processes.
- Familiarity with IT governance and risk management frameworks.
- Experience in data privacy regulations and compliance.
Good-to-Haves:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification.
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification.
- Experience with Red Hat security solutions.
- Participation in bug bounty programs.
- Knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends.
