About the Role
Cafe Fraby is looking for enthusiastic, customer focused, and experienced Service Staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Prepare and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
