Position: Tender Executive
Location: Kolkata (Near Central Metro)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage government and private tenders from end to end. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting bids within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government and private tender portals regularly.
- Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and approvals.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, BGs, and tender-related correspondence.
- Respond to tender clarifications and client queries.
- Track tender status and follow up for bid results and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in handling government and private tenders.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
