Role: Consultant Dermatologist (Aesthetics & Wellness)Schedule: 4 Hours/Day (Mon–Sun) | Location: Mg Road, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Aesthetic Excellence: Perform and oversee high-end procedures including medical-grade lasers, chemical peels, injectable treatments (Botox/Fillers), and non-invasive body contouring.
- Integrated Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the founder to design "All-in-one" protocols that combine aesthetic procedures with the clinic's hormonal and weight management therapies.
- SOP & Quality Governance: Implement and maintain world-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical safety, hygiene, and patient results to ensure a "Perfection" standard.
- Client Advocacy: Conduct sophisticated, high-empathy consultations. We don't just sell treatments; we provide holistic solutions. You must be able to bridge medical science with the client's emotional wellness goals.
Qualifications & Attributes
- MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology.
- A "Service-First" mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Interest in holistic wellness and sexual health integration is a plus.
