Centre Operations ManagementManage day-to-day academy operations.Ensure smooth functioning of classes, workshops, and practical sessions.Maintain academy infrastructure and facilities.Monitor inventory, products, equipment, and consumables.Ensure adherence to academy SOPs and quality standards.Manage vendor and service provider relationships.2. Admissions & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and annual admission targets.Drive student inquiries, counseling, and conversions.Conduct course presentations and academy tours.Monitor lead management and follow-up processes.Implement local marketing initiatives to increase enrollments.Develop referral and student ambassador programs.3. Student Experience ManagementEnsure excellent student onboarding and orientation.Address student concerns and grievances promptly.Monitor attendance, progress, and course completion.Maintain high student satisfaction levels.Ensure delivery of a positive learning experience.4. Team ManagementSupervise academic coordinators, counselors, administrators, and support staff.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Ensure staff productivity and accountability.Support recruitment and onboarding of centre employees.Foster a positive and professional work culture.
