We are looking for a high-performance B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist who can consistently generate and book qualified sales meetings with e-commerce founders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target:
- E-commerce brand owners
- Amazon sellers
- DTC founders
Execute outbound strategies:
- LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator preferred)
- Personalised cold email campaigns
- Start meaningful conversations (no spam / no templates-only approach)
- Qualify prospects based on business fit and intent
- Book high-quality discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all outreach activities
- Share weekly performance reports and insights
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience in B2B outbound lead generation
- Proven track record of booking qualified sales meetings
- Experience working with agencies or e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn outbound strategy
- Cold email personalisation & deliverability
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Instantly / Smartlead / Lemlist
- HubSpot / Pipedrive
- Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
- Highly target-driven, disciplined, and self-managed
Performance Expectations
- Book 10–30 qualified calls per month
- Maintain 5–15%+ positive reply rates
- Ensure clean CRM tracking and pipeline visibility
- Focus on quality over quantity
Compensation
Flexible based on experience and performance:
- Fixed monthly retainer + performance bonus per conversion
OR
- Performance-based payout per closed deal
High performers will have strong earning potential.

This role is NOT suitable for:
- Bulk lead list sellers
- Telecallers without B2B outbound experience
- Spam outreach marketers
We are looking for strategic outreach specialists, not volume-based senders.
