We are seeking passionate and experienced faculty members for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to train students for NEET examinations. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide students toward academic excellence.
Preference:
- Candidates who can speak and understand Tamil are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach respective subjects for NEET aspirants.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions.
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Help students improve conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Complete syllabus on time as per academic schedule.
- Coordinate with the academic team for test planning and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to simplify concepts and motivate students.
- Good classroom management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
