We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager who can drive business growth, generate qualified leads, build a high-performing sales pipeline, and lead a sales team toward achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and enterprise clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to create effective sales proposals and presentations.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of sales executives and business development representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software, SaaS, web development, and IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, or Technology Consulting Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development, web applications, SaaS products, and IT services.
- Experience managing sales teams and business development operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
