Responsibilities:
Manage product listings & updates
Handle daily online orders & dispatch
Maintain inventory records
Coordinate customer queries & returns
Basic reporting in MS Excel
Requirements:
Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
Understanding of e-commerce platforms preferred
