Role Overview
The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving student enrollment and increasing brand visibility through on-ground marketing and outreach activities. The role focuses on direct engagement with students, parents, and educational institutions through field marketing initiatives such as campus visits, promotional events, kiosks, and community outreach programs. The position plays a key role in generating quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the admissions process through consistent field-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing & Direct Outreach Conduct on-ground marketing activities including school and college visits, campus promotions, roadshows, kiosks, and outreach programs. Interact directly with students, parents, and influencers to explain course offerings and program benefits. Represent the organization at educational hubs, local communities, and highfootfall locations.
2. Student & Parent Interaction Provide guidance to students and parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. Build trust-based relationships with prospects to improve inquiry quality and conversion. Address basic queries and connect qualified prospects with the admissions team when required.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support Generate potential leads through field activities, events, referrals, and institutional partnerships. Ensure proper documentation and capture of prospect data for follow-up. Coordinate with the admissions team to support lead nurturing and improve inquiry-to-admission conversion.
4. Campaign & Event Execution Support the execution of marketing campaigns, seminars, orientation programs, and career guidance sessions. Assist in organizing promotional events and outreach programs. Ensure proper display and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, standees, posters, and flyers.
5. Institutional Partnerships & Outreach Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community organizations. Support partnerships, referral programs, and collaborative outreach initiatives. Maintain long-term associations to help drive recurring admissions opportunities.
6. Reporting & Field Activity Tracking Track daily marketing activities including visits, leads generated, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit reports on outreach performance and campaign outcomes. Share insights on student preferences, competitor activities, and local market trends.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to support enrollment goals. Ensure timely handover of leads and coordination for follow-up activities. Assist in implementing centralized marketing initiatives at the local level.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, student outreach, or business development (Education/EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently. Basic reporting and data management
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
