Key Responsibilities:
- Improve machine running speed and reduce production wastage.
- Optimize process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cooling and cycle time.
- Develop, maintain and standardize machine/product parameter sheets.
- Troubleshoot process, tooling, mould and product-output issues.
- Conduct mould trials and prepare trial reports.
- Coordinate with overseas machine and mould suppliers for technical issues, modifications and trials.
- Review supplier drawings and mould specifications.
- Train and certify operators on machines and standard processes.
- Monitor operator adherence to approved process parameters.
- Maintain daily work records, issue trackers and weekly reports.
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Production teams to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine output, quality and OEE.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, Plastics or a related engineering field.
- Experience in process engineering, tooling, moulds, machine troubleshooting or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of process parameters and production machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical English.
- Ability to work closely with operators, production teams and overseas suppliers.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Note: The role focuses on machine output and process performance, while machine condition, breakdowns and preventive maintenance remain under the Maintenance function.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
