Job Role We are looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor to generate leads, convert enquiries into admissions, and promote the strength of our academic programs. The role contributes directly to achieving monthly admission targets and long-term academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve defined admission targets across varied courses
Generate and follow up on leads to drive conversions
Counsel students and parents on courses and programs offered
Plan and execute marketing activities (online & offline) to boost admissions
Maintain leads and admission records as per company processes and departmental requirements
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and sales skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing to support promotional activities
Graduate in any discipline with multilingual ability
