Job Summary
Tiraya is hiring energetic and reliable Hotel All-Rounders / Guest Service Associates for our 11-room boutique hotel and café.
This is a hybrid operational role. You will handle housekeeping duties as well as basic café service depending on daily requirements. This position is suited for candidates who are physically active, disciplined, and comfortable switching roles during the day.
If you are looking for a single-task or desk job, this role is not suitable.
Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping Operations
- Daily cleaning of guest rooms
- Bed making, linen change, and bathroom sanitization
- Maintaining boutique-level cleanliness standards
- Reporting maintenance or inventory issues
2. Café & Food Service
- Taking guest orders in the café
- Serving food, coffee, and beverages
- Handling basic room service orders
- Clearing tables and maintaining service areas
3. Public Areas Maintenance
- Cleaning and upkeep of:
- Riverside café seating
- Garden and common guest areas
- Ensuring property looks presentable at all times
4. Guest Interaction & Support
- Assisting guests with luggage when required
- Providing basic information about the property and Tirthan Valley
- Being polite, responsive, and helpful at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in Housekeeping or F&B Service (training will be provided for the second role)
- Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work
- Disciplined, punctual, and well-groomed
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and role switching
- Willing to stay on-site in a remote mountain location
- Non-local candidates preferred (food and stay provided)
