We have a vacancy for Housekeeping Manager post for our office Bose Consultancy at Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the performance of housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and public area cleaners. Create shift rotas based on occupancy trends and seasonal peaks.
Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, restrooms, and public spaces to guarantee they meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Inventory & Budget Management: Manage the departmental budget, track spending, and regularly take inventory of cleaning equipment, linen, and guest supplies. Order replacements as necessary.
Maintenance Coordination: Report and document room damage, faults, or maintenance requests to the front office or maintenance team to ensure swift repairs.
Safety Compliance: Enforce organizational health and safety regulations, including bio-hazard or infection control protocols (crucial in healthcare environments).
Guest Relations: Address and resolve any guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services.
Required Skills
Qualification- Hotel management
Experence : 3 yrs to 4 yrs in the same field
Pay Salary approx 20,000 to 22,000 + Fooding+Lodging
Work Hour- 9 hrs including 1 hrs brake. Rotational Week off
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
