We are looking for a highly creative, tech-savvy and performance-driven AI & Digital Growth Specialist to lead our digital content, social media growth and online marketing initiatives. This is not a conventional social media role. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating engaging content, leveraging AI tools, running performance marketing campaigns and contributing towards measurable business growth. You will work directly with the founders and play an important role in shaping the digital presence and growth strategy of a premium luxury brand. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a brand—not just manage social media.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Canva skills.
- Experience using ChatGPT and AI prompting.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Good understanding of branding, luxury aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Design or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing or Content Creation.
- Freshers with exceptional AI skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
