Job Summary
Lakshmi Shutter is seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate workforce activities, ensure timely execution of work, and maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and ensure smooth coordination between production, installation, stores, and management.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily operations and ensure work is executed according to the production and delivery schedule.
· Monitor workforce performance and allocate manpower efficiently.
· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and Installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
· Monitor material availability and coordinate with the Inventory team to prevent production delays.
· Track daily productivity and report operational performance to management.
· Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.
· Ensure timely completion of customer orders and dispatch activities.
· Maintain attendance, discipline, and work allocation of employees.
· Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
· Conduct regular team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
· Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Experience & Skills
· Experience in supervising teams within a manufacturing, engineering, construction, fabrication, or industrial environment.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
· Knowledge of production processes, inventory coordination, and operational workflow.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language Requirement
· Must be able to speak Hindi (Mandatory).
· Ability to communicate in Malayalam and English
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience in Rolling Shutter Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, Construction, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing industries.
· Experience in handling production teams, installation teams, or factory operations.
· Strong decision-making and people management skills.
· Ability to maintain discipline and improve team productivity.
