Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys, and data collection activities as per project guidelines
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of survey targets
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of collected data
- Use survey tools, mobile apps, or questionnaires effectively
- Maintain proper documentation and records of survey data
- Assist in data entry, validation, and basic analysis
- Identify and report field challenges and suggest improvements
- Follow ethical standards and confidentiality protocols during data collection
Roles within the Team (Optional Structuring)
- Survey Executive– Conducts field surveys and data collection
- Field Supervisor – Monitors team performance and ensures quality control
- Data Analyst – Handles data validation, analysis, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of survey methodologies and data collection techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, mobile survey tools)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
