Experienced MEP Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of expertise in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Management Systems for large-scale metro rail and infrastructure projects. Proven track record in delivering metro stations, depots, tunnels, and associated facilities within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Skilled in project planning, design coordination, contractor management, testing & commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and project handover. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works for metro stations, depots, and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, signaling, telecom, and track teams for seamless project delivery.
- Manage MEP contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety compliance.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Conduct progress reviews and stakeholder meetings with clients and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with metro standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
Preferred Experience
- 15–20+ years in MEP execution and project management.
- Experience in metro rail projects, underground/elevated stations, depots, and commercial infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, SCADA, and BMS systems.
