Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical conduiting and wiring in flats, common areas, shafts, and basements.
- Verify correct installation of conduits, junction boxes, fan boxes, cable trays, and earthing routes.
- Coordinate with civil, plumbing, fire?fighting, and HVAC teams to avoid routing clashes.
- Interpret electrical GFC drawings, layouts, and SLDs, and ensure execution accuracy.
- Ensure marking and fixing of conduits before slab casting and blockwork.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage (conduits, cables, DBs, accessories).
- Supervise electricians, helpers, and subcontractor teams; ensure daily productivity.
- Maintain site safety, PPE compliance, and safe work practices.
- Prepare daily progress reports and support testing/commissioning activities.

Pay: ₹18,829.31 - ₹38,814.32 per month
