Your Role
As an Immigration Consultant (Inside Sales), you'll guide prospective students and immigration aspirants through their journey while helping them choose the most suitable study abroad or immigration pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, programs, or immigration pathways.
- Counsel clients on Study Abroad, Student Visas, Canada PR, Australia PR, Visitor Visas, Spouse Visas, Parent Visas, and other relevant immigration services.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, timelines, and associated costs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into successful registrations while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on university admissions, immigration policies, visa regulations, and industry trends.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, promotional events, and branch activities as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Immigration, Study Abroad, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good presentation and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client enquiries effectively.
