Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support the planning, execution and monitoring of construction projects. The role involves coordinating construction schedules, tracking project progress, managing site documentation and billing, facilitating communication between site teams and management and ensuring timely project updates. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a sound understanding of construction processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor and update construction schedules and project timelines.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly progress of ongoing construction activities.
- Provide regular project status updates and progress reports to the management team.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, work records and site correspondence.
- Verify, maintain and process contractor and vendor bills received from project sites.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for timely bill verification and payment processing.
- Monitor project milestones and highlight any delays, risks or deviations from the planned schedule.
- Assist in planning, execution, resource allocation and overall project coordination.
- Follow up on material deliveries, contractor performance and pending site activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications and documentation requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) along with action trackers.
- Support coordination between design, finance and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
· 10–15 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects.
· Experience in project scheduling, billing coordination and construction documentation is preferred.
Required Skills:
· Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and execution.
· Knowledge of construction scheduling and project planning.
· Ability to review and coordinate contractor billing and site documentation.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,928.11 - ₹42,016.48 per month
