About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Partnership Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and generate new client opportunities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT Services, Software Sales, Digital Agencies, or eCommerce Solutions and possess excellent communication, client management, and lead generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage client communications, follow-ups, and requirement gathering.
- Coordinate proposals, estimations, and project discussions with internal teams.
- Handle Upwork, Freelancer, and other business portal communications.
- Identify and develop new partnership and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales pipelines regularly.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Improve lead conversion rates and client retention.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and discussions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, Digital Agency, or eCommerce sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and business development activities.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and conversations simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of web development, Magento, Shopify, ERP, or related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Experience working with software companies or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.
- Experience handling international clients will be an added advantage.
