Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work as an individual performer.
- Capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously and meeting hiring deadlines.
