Mobilizer – NIIT Foundation
Role:
- Conduct mobilization activities across all the communities.
- Perform door-to-door activities to engage with the community.
- Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
- Provide counselling to students when required.
- Interact with stakeholders, Sarpanchs, and school principals.
- Goal-oriented mindset to achieve monthly goals.
Skills Needed:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce) with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Comfortable engaging with the community and convincing students to enroll in courses.
- Goal-oriented mindset to achieve monthly goals.
- Work Mode: Field-based, full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
