Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to support and manage the organization's Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role requires a people-oriented professional capable of partnering with department heads to build a productive and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure accurate HRIS/database management.
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and review offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including KRAs, KPIs, and employee development plans.
- Address employee concerns, promote healthy employee relations, and assist in grievance handling.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Generate HR MIS reports and provide management with periodic HR analytics and workforce updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, process improvements, and employee retention strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- 2–3 year experience.
- Strong interest in building a career in HR operations and recruitment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
