About the Role
Tathastu BIM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and detail-oriented BIM Modelers specializing in Architecture and Structural disciplines to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with the ability to develop accurate BIM models and construction documentation for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and data center projects.
You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining architectural and structural BIM models while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural BIM Modeling
- Develop detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Model architectural elements including walls, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, furniture, and building components.
- Incorporate Point Cloud data into BIM workflows for renovation and as-built projects.
- Prepare construction documentation and shop drawings from BIM models.
Structural BIM Modeling
- Develop and maintain Structural BIM models for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and masonry structures.
- Model structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel framing systems.
- Prepare structural general arrangement drawings, sections, and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
BIM Coordination & Documentation
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.
- Extract schedules, quantities, and model-based data to support project planning and estimation.
- Update models based on design revisions, site feedback, RFIs, and client requirements.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper file management, version control, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Autodesk Revit Architecture
- Autodesk Revit Structure
- Point Cloud Modeling
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- Preparation of Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of architectural and structural construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of international drafting and BIM standards.
- Experience working on Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Data Center projects.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
