3. Report preparation
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring SLA compliance
- Log alerts, raise tickets, and escalate to senior engineers when required.
- Improve fault handling efficiency.
- Oversee the monitoring - OFC, ISP, IRU, Infra etc.
