An all-rounder Commi I Chef is required at a restaurant, Hygienic Food Court situated at Nehru Nagar III, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
- Prepare ingredients efficiently (washing, peeling, chopping, etc).
- Assist in preparing and plating North Indian, Chinese, Continental dishes, food items like pasta, sandwiches, coffee, pav bhaji, etc.
- Manage assigned kitchen station under Chef de Partie supervision.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and recipe adherence.
- Monitor stock, storage, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Team culture: small wins celebrated (e.g., dish of the week on board)
