Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Telecalling) to promote our software products and services through outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's software products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding product inquiries and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in telecalling, marketing, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
