DAILY TASKS:
1) Greeting visitors, clients and coordinate with the staff accordingly.
2) Follow-up with HR dept for any scheduled interviews.
3) Update of Birthday dates and post at LED screen one day before.
4) Regular checking the mails and take actions accordingly.
5) Complete the joining formalities of both on roll and off roll employees.
6) Couriers’ entry and distribution.
7) Lunch arrangements of guests, management and senior employees at time of joining
8) Update and issue of inventories.
9) All types of purchases must be discussed and approved by Asst Manager (Admin)before order.
10) Proper filing of all official documents.
WEEKLY TASKS:
1) All Stock checking.
2) Order Visiting cards, ID cards of employees
3) Make ready the joining kit for new joiners.
4) Issue of Assets letter of Laptop, mobiles to staff and update in excel
5) Salary account opening of staff
6) Make ready printouts of OD and Gate pass for staff.
7) First aid box checking in all departments and fill the required items in it.
8) Follow up with accounts for timely payment of vendors invoices.
9) Maintain list of grocery items required in pantry and order as required.
10) Maintain excel and share with asst manager(admin) list of invoices submitted in accounts.
MONTHLY TASKS: -
1) On every 20th day of month mail to everyone for the monthly stationery requirements
2) On every 26th day of month prepare the final list of items required to order.
3) Take proper printout of monthly invoices as per vendor and after proper checking and signature by Admin Manager and asst manager(admin), mail to purchase to issue its PO. After PO, admin dept will raise SRN against it and then it will be submitted in account department.
4) By every 25th day of month coordinate with Asst Manager (Admin) in submission of provisional exp details to accounts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
