Role and Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes.

· Coordinate effectively with carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Ensure all work is carried out as per approved design specifications and project timelines.

· Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship at site.

· Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions prior to installation.

· Identify and resolve on-site issues; escalate critical concerns to management when required.

· Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and equipment.

· Interact with clients at site to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

· Must be open to traveling across different project locations as per business requirements.

· Flexible working hours depending on site schedules and project deadlines.

· Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials.

· Ability to read and understand design drawings.

· Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple sites if required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior projects.

· Diploma / ITI / Any relevant technical qualification (preferred).

· Minimum [1–3] years of relevant experience.
