3. Production Process
- Start and monitor casting cycles.
- Remove finished castings from the die safely.
- Trim excess material (flash, runners, risers).
4. Quality Inspection
- Check cast parts for defects like cracks, porosity, or incomplete filling.
- Ensure products meet required dimensions and quality standards.
5. Maintenance
- Perform basic machine cleaning and minor maintenance.
- Report any machine faults or breakdowns.
6. Safety Compliance
- Follow safety procedures while handling molten metal.

4. தர ஆய்வு (Quality Inspection)
- தயாரான parts-ல் cracks, porosity, incomplete filling போன்ற defects இருக்கிறதா என்று சரிபார்த்தல்.
- அளவுகள் மற்றும் தரம் standard-க்கு ஏற்ப உள்ளதா உறுதி செய்தல்.
5. பராமரிப்பு (Maintenance)
- மெஷின் சுத்தம் செய்தல் மற்றும் சிறிய maintenance வேலைகள் செய்தல்.
- மெஷின் பிரச்சனைகள் அல்லது breakdown இருந்தால் report செய்தல்.
6. பாதுகாப்பு விதிகள் (Safety Compliance)
