Candidate Required Qualification - B.Eng (CIvil ) or B.Tech
Minimum Experience;- 15-20 years in construction /project management
JD :
1. Should be working for tier 1 company and not client and role of Developer.
2. should have handle end to end construction.
3. Team leadership and overall overseeing the Construction operation , project planning , execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget by maintaining quality standard.
The role involves strategic planning, projects, execution, resource management, contractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
