Deep technical command of CorelDRAW (specifically curve, node editing, and shaping tools). Manufacturing Knowledge: Clear understanding of how 2D vector files translate to CNC router pathways and laser cutter tolerances (e.g., kerf allowances, material burn). Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret physical woodworking blueprints, client drawings, and custom furniture measurements. Complementary Software (Preferred): Basic familiarity with software like AutoCAD, ArtCAM, or Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
