Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Estimation professionals with expertise in HVAC, Electrical, or MEP estimation for Industrial and Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pre-bid estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, project planning, and coordination within an MEP contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requests.
- Review GFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Perform pre-bid estimation and quantity verification.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material planning and vendor support.
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Support project planning, resource allocation, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2+ years in estimation.
- Experience working in MEP Contracting Companies.
- Hands-on experience in Industrial or Data Centre projects.
- Strong experience in Pre-Bid Estimation.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, and engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
Technical RequirementsHVAC
Candidates should have experience in:
- Chillers
- VRF Systems
- AHU
- FCU
- Ventilation
- Ducting
- HVAC Piping
Electrical
- Strong Electrical systems estimation experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with only HT/LT experience will not be considered.
MEP
- Experience in one core discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing) is acceptable.
