MRLK Group is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools).
