About the Role
Anand Builders & House of Gu.Ban is seeking an experienced MEP Consultant to collaborate on upcoming luxury hospitality and premium commercial projects. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, coordination, and execution for high-end developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complete MEP design drawings and coordinated layouts.
- Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Drainage designs in coordination with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, local authority regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project execution.
- Resolve technical clashes using coordinated MEP planning.
- Support value engineering while maintaining design quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of consultancy experience in MEP design and coordination.
- Proven experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, or premium residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM, MS Office, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of international and Indian building codes and standards.
Preferred
- Independent consultants or consulting firms are welcome.
- Experience with integrated MEP solutions for hospitality projects.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and attend project/site meetings.
