Job Description:
Handle Online Portal & CRM Management
To make outbound Marketing calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Sales and existing customers.
New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month.
Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound business.
To answer all customer enquiries regarding company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence.
Provide information on prices, location, amenities, benefits and all sales questions.
