DiziMods, a Zirakpur-based digital marketing and e-commerce agency serving 1,000+ sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Nykaa, is hiring an E-Commerce Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end marketplace account opening for new sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms
- Manage existing seller accounts — catalog updates, account health, compliance, and issue resolution
- Pitch and sell DiziMods' services (listing optimization, A+ Content, SEO, PPC, graphic design, reputation management) to prospective clients
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into onboarded clients via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend the right service package
- Coordinate with internal design, SEO, and PPC teams for timely delivery
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups and upselling
- Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and agreements
- Maintain client and sales records in CRM
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an e-commerce agency or handling marketplace seller accounts is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of account opening and account management across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa
- Proven ability to sell/pitch services with good objection handling and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Confident and comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and CRM proficiency
- Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
