Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month Reporting To: Senior Merchandiser / Founder
Role Summary
To manage order execution from sampling to final delivery, coordinate closely with buyers and internal teams, and ensure timelines, quality, and communication are handled smoothly across the production cycle. This role needs someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk and single-piece orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, karigars, and internal teams on day-to-day order execution.
- Translate buyer comments, fit changes, and design updates into clear action for production teams.
- Follow up with cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, and dispatch teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Track order status at every stage and flag delays or issues in advance.
- Review samples and pre-production pieces for accuracy before moving ahead.
- Maintain order-related records, approvals, and follow-ups properly.
- Support quality checks and ensure the final product meets the expected standard.
- Prepare and update order trackers, T&A calendars, and basic MIS as required.
- Troubleshoot production issues such as delays, missing materials, or coordination gaps with ownership.
Desired Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, production, or fashion operations.
- Experience in WOMENS occasion wear, premium fashion, or garment production will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of garment execution, sampling, and production flow.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple orders at the same time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
