A Project Controller oversees the financial health and scheduling of projects, acting as the "navigator" to the Project Manager's "pilot". Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, tracking expenses, and managing risks to ensure projects stay on track, usually requiring strong skills in data analysis and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Control: Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, including tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and issuing invoices.
- Schedule & Progress Mapping: Create and maintain project schedules, comparing actual progress against baseline plans.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential budget overruns or schedule delays and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management, highlighting variances in cost and schedule.
- Resource Planning: Ensure resources (labor, materials) are allocated efficiently to stay within budget
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
