Position: Practice Manager – Dental Clinic
Location: Radiance Dental - Gurgaon
Reporting To: Principal Dentist / Clinic Director

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the complete operational, administrative, and business management of our dental clinic. A graduate or a dentist with an MBA or formal management qualification and relevant experience will be strongly preferred, enabling effective coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, duty rosters, and performance
- Oversee billing, collections, expenses, and basic financial reporting
- Ensure excellent patient experience and handle feedback or complaints
- Manage inventory, vendors, and equipment maintenance
- Implement SOPs, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Support marketing initiatives and business growth strategies
- Act as a liaison between dentists, staff, and management
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate or BDS/MDS with MBA / Healthcare or Practice Management qualification (Preferred)
- OR proven experience in dental/healthcare clinic management
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of dental clinic workflows and patient care
