About Us and Role Summary
Bhawani Machinery and Electricals supplies high-quality industrial machinery and equipment to clients across sectors. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand our customer base, manage key accounts, and close machinery and equipment sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial or machinery sales and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the machinery and equipment sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or related B2B sectors.
- Education: Minimum BCom or BBA with 60% aggregate.
- Schooling: 10+2 from ICSE or CBSE in English medium with 60% aggregate.
- Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills; customer-focused; good networking ability; basic technical understanding of machinery and electrical equipment.
- Other: Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
