Job Description :-
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in building construction, preferably high-rise residential projects (20+ floors)
- Hands-on experience in preparing and implementing ITPs, quality checklists, and inspection formats for RCC, finishing, and waterproofing works
- Strong knowledge of relevant IS codes, NBC, and standard construction specifications applicable to high-rise residential projects
- Experience in conducting site inspections, raising and closing NCRs/SORs, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions with subcontractors
- Ability to review GFC drawings, method statements, and material approvals from a quality perspective and coordinate with design/execution teams
- Proven experience in maintaining systematic QA/QC documentation (inspection records, test reports, cube test logs, calibration records, MIR/WIR) for audits
- Working knowledge of third-party testing coordination for materials and concrete, and interpretation of test reports
- Willingness to work from site/office in Mumbai with immediate or short notice joining
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
