About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head with extensive experience in selling educational courses and skill development programs. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling revenue growth, including driving revenue performance from 60% to 90% achievement or higher through strategic sales planning and execution.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the education and training ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase enrollments and revenue.
- Drive revenue growth from 60% to 90%+ target achievement through structured sales processes.
- Build and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Identify new revenue streams including corporate training, institutional partnerships, and online programs.
Marketing Leadership
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Lead brand positioning and market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing).
- Develop promotional strategies for AWS, AI, and other skill-based courses.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular training sessions for counselors and sales executives.
Partnership & Business Development
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, corporates, and training partners.
- Establish B2B and B2C growth channels.
- Negotiate and close high-value institutional deals.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate actionable insights from CRM and sales analytics.
- Present performance reports to leadership with growth strategies.
Key Requirements
- 8–15+ years of experience in Education / EdTech Sales & Marketing
- Proven record of increasing revenue performance from 60% to 90%+ target achievement
- Strong experience in selling professional certification programs (AWS, AI, Cloud, IT programs preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Expertise in digital marketing and lead conversion funnels
- Data-driven decision-making approach
