Job Responsibilities:
Assist in fabric order management and buyer coordination
Follow up on fabric sampling, developments, and approvals
Coordinate with production, dyeing, weaving, and quality teams
Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Maintain merchandising records, reports, and documentation
Assist in fabric costing and consumption calculations
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding fabric requirements
Support senior merchandisers in day-to-day merchandising activities
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, textile processes, and merchandising
- Understanding of woven, knitted, or processed fabrics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- MS Excel and email handling knowledge
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Education:
- B.Tech Textile / Diploma in Textile / B.Sc Textile / Graduate
Preferred Candidate:
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in textile merchandising
- Strong learning attitude and coordination skills
- Textile industry experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
