Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and café equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in kitchen and café machinery with minimal downtime.
- Maintain and service equipment such as:
- Milk Boilers
- Food Display Counters (Hot & Cold)
- Coffee Machines
- Coffee Grinders
- Refrigerators and Deep Freezers
- Beverage Coolers
- Water Dispensers
- Exhaust and Fresh Air Systems
- Induction Cooktops and Ovens
- Electrical Panels and Distribution Boards
- Lighting Systems and Power Outlets
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical issues before they become major failures.
- Replace defective electrical components, switches, wiring, relays, contactors, thermostats, heating elements, and sensors.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new café and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain adequate stock of essential electrical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls from café outlets.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid electrical license (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens, or the food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining café and kitchen equipment, including milk boilers, food display counters, coffee machines, refrigeration equipment, and electrical distribution systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
