Job Summary
Aertrip India Limited is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Holiday Sales Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and selling customized Domestic and International holiday packages, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving holiday sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and sell customized Domestic and International holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Handle end-to-end holiday bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and visa assistance.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure timely booking confirmations, documentation, and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide a seamless travel experience.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and visa requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Holiday Sales, Travel Consulting, or Tour Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Domestic and International destinations.
- Experience in creating customized holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requirements efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience with travel agencies, tour operators, or OTAs.
- Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
